Using the client core module, build a CLI that allows users to:

List artists and their latest music updates
Trigger manual download commands
Mark an album as "supported"
Query the daemon for status and logs

Details

A set of command line commands (and subcommands) that invoke the client core functions
A clear help text and usage examples
Test every CLI command functionality
