Sticky Presets do not Reroll Glamourer Design

The new sticky preset system introduced by #43 is never rerolling the selected Glamourer design in my experience.

Testing was done with two jobs' rule setups:
DNC - 4 active rules that apply only 1 preset, 2 of the presets had only one design, the other 2 had 10+
SMN - 1 active rule that had 3 possible presets, all of which had 2-10 designs

• DB had management of Glamourer automation during testing.
• "Force update appearance on job and gearset changes" was enabled.
• "Don't force update on territory change if applies rules don't change" was disabled.
• "Revert manual changes on zone change" was disabled in Glamourer.

After testing, the only ways I have found to change the selected sticky Glamourer design is to use the GUI "Randomize Glamourer Used" button, or to middle-click a design to select it as sticky.

The sticky randomisation timer, with force update enabled, will repeatedly apply the same sticky design(s) to the PC, without rerolling any designs.
With force update disabled, the sticky randomisation timer seemingly makes no changes at all.

Using the randomisation on login also does not appear to reroll the design. The sticky Glamourer design persists as the selected design for its preset even after game restarts.

Testing was inconclusive on if this issue affects the selection of a new sticky preset during randomisation. (It may have some effect, but overall the randomisation of presets was functional)

Have not tested if this affects Penumbra/C+/Honorific sticky randomisation.
