[Feature/fix] Ambiguous setting name

the setting "Don't bring appearing chat window to front if text input is active" in settings->Behavior->11th setting
does the oposite of what it is named

when it is on, it DOES bring focus to the text field when an input is recieved, when off, it DOESN'T

it should either be toggled around in the background, or renamed to something like "Bring appearing chat window to front if text input is active" with current behavior
