[BUG] Envelope only works when env button is toggled

Version: NT 6.3 Stable

Issue

The envelope feature does not work unless the "env" toggle is manually unchecked and re-checked.

Steps to Reproduce
Open NT 6.3 Stable
Leave the "env" toggle enabled
Attempt to use Envelope functionality
Observe that it does not work
Uncheck the "env" toggle
Envelope functionality begins working correctly

Expected Behaviour
Envelope functionality should work when the "env" toggle is enabled.

Actual Behaviour
Envelope functionality only works when the "env" toggle is disabled and re-enabled.
