In this document I will report infos and updates following calls with @mvertens, @hgoelzer, @whlipscomb, @Katetc, @billsacks, and @gunterl. The idea is to have a list of namelist settings which is important to pay attention to when running NorESM2.5 interactively coupled to dynamic Antarctic and Greenland ice sheet components. What I am including so far refers to the NorESM version NorESM2_5_alpha_06 (which includes multi-level ocean thermal forcing to ice sheets). I will add under this discussion relevant namelist setting infos as we progress with the model coupling development (e.g., new/different options for ocean forcing, new options or datasets,...), and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
