Get equilibration test script working

We need a way to test that the model is spun up, based on or similar to Keith Oleson's NCL script.

Here is a script that can be used to get a first estimate of how the spinup is doing. Should work on betzy.

Here is what it currently produce:

The key functionality that is missing is to count number of gridcells that is not within a treshold, and to plot it as a map. But this works to get a global estimate.
