Need to add some higher dimensional variables for operational simulations #193
Description
We currently do not have any of the higher dimensional FATES outputs as default. In this situation, we can't for example, determine what the size distribution is per PFT, and means that we can't really interrogate or visulaize or analyse many of the core functionality of FATES. I propose having a discussion around exactly what higher dimensional outputs we want to keep or add, building on experience @JessicaNeedham and I have been having over the last week trying to visualize these outputs.
