Something confused about Kernel

   This kernel source contain all files? I mean the kernel is fully open source?
   I build kernel from this repo, but boot loop.
   ramoops as below

2. Pong-V3.2-250917-1451
   Any kernel source update for 250917-1451?
   Newest is Pong-V3.2-250708-2227
