[ENHANCEMENT]: Add Counter Animation to stats section

Current behavior

Currently this stats section appears instantly .

Proposed improvement

When users scroll to this section, these numbers come as a counter animation starting from 0 till their target value.

I’d like to work on this enhancement.

Approach:

1. Detect when the stats section enters the viewport using Intersection Observer or a scroll-trigger hook.
2. Trigger the animation only once when the section becomes visible to prevent repeated counting during scrolling.
3. Implement a smooth counter animation from 0 to the target values using requestAnimationFrame or a lightweight counter utility.
4. Add proper duration and easing for a cleaner and more engaging user experience.
5. Ensure the implementation remains responsive, performant, and consistent with the existing UI design.
