Migration v17

I would to migrate some modules to v17, when this branch will be ready?

Hello @peluko00 , we are waiting for OCA/repo-maintainer-conf#126 to be merged, but I guess we would need other branches than 16.0 to be listed there too, I'll check that 👍

Otherwise as a warning: this project is still in development, so to reduce the burden on my shoulders I do not plan to maintain modules in odd versions like 17.0, 19.0, I'll focus myself only on even ones.
