Change vector parameter for optimization variable to ComponentArray

Right now, the variable \thera in ODINN is a vector rather than a component array as it should. I am not sure when this changed, but definitivelly we want to have all the optimization variables as componentArrays (some of the changes to make all AD follow this logic, and it give us more flexibility at the moment of optimizating more variables).
