[feature request] multilingual

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to allow an article to be read (written also then) in different languages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow contributors to add translation to each article and allow the reader to choose in which language one want to read it.

[low-techlab]

This could be really useful for the Low-tech Lab's contents too !
