In short: participate as you would want others to. Disagree about the work, not about the person. Assume the other reader has a reason you have not heard yet, and ask for it before concluding they are wrong.
Report conduct that breaches this by contacting any of the maintainers listed in MAINTAINERS.md through their GitHub profile. Where a report concerns a maintainer, that maintainer takes no part in handling it.
