MSW: Investigate issues reported in presentation "Validation of MSW in ResInsight"

Received a presentation from Equinor with several issues related to differences between current and new MSW algorithm.

• investigate changes in export for fishbones
• assign branch numbers to main bore segments first, and the ICD branches
• print WELSEGS sorted by branch ID
• remove "Outlet valve custom MD", as a standalone valve covers the functionality
• investigate swapped ordering of segments for Drogon A-4
• include more text describing the data source as comments, include well name
• fix IJK in COMPSEGS reported twice, can be tested with two perforations back to back
