Add Engagement metrics based on ConversationSpace

Within the LLAMOSC framework (situated in Open Source Sustainability using LLMs), introduce metrics to track and evaluate user engagement within the simulated ConversationSpace.

This issue can only be attempted after ConversationSpace has been implemented : #60
