Add commercial debugger tools

Follow-up for #3717:

• In the MASTG we only use Open-Source tools but we should also mention commercial tools like IDA or JEB as they are relevant in the industry.
• For such tools we will list them in the tools page (https://mas.owasp.org/MASTG/tools/#) and create a dedicated MASTG-TOOLS-XX. So for example one for JEB, one for IDA etc.
• In this page we shortly describe the tool, its relevance in the industry but reference in the description the open source tool(s) that we are using instead for our demos (as we don't use commercial tools in the techniques, demos etc.)
• This also means replacing existing content of commercial tools with our open source tools (like IDA with e.g. Ghidra) and remove examples like this here: https://mas.owasp.org/MASTG/techniques/android/MASTG-TECH-0018/#ida-pro
