Groups management

THE hard question: How to handle groups in Grafana and InfluxDB?
In the storage add a new folder for groups: (groups/group-name)
In the UI add a group list/selection dialog
Is there a group ADMIN or does only the ADMIN user manages all groups?
Users must have more complex roles such as VIEW, EXECUTE, EDIT, DELETE, etc...
