When a new team is provisioned via the clone process we have noticed that the tabs within a channel e.g. website tab or planner tab dont work. Clicking on the tab doesn't do anything and the only option available on the tab is 'Remove'. No other messages are displayed.

@SPB21 I will need to investigate this one, I believe this to be bugs in the clone endpoint in the Graph but will take a look.

@alexc-MSFT, i raised a support ticket with MS and it looks like there is an issue with the backend API.
