scrolling in a .py file

At times when scrolling through a .py files the color coding goes away. Everything turns green. If I scroll a little further then the color coding comes back.

I think that this is due to the Textmate initialization issue that I can't figure it out. You see these errors in the console.

I removed the exception at runtime for the Textmate. I think this should solved this issue.
