Start button too big

My start button is too big, its around 4 times the size of a normal start button

heres a screenshot, im on Open-Shell 4.4.160 and on Windows 8.1 Pro

here is also the file i used for the start button
when i change the size of the start button to anything else than 0 it disappears, please help me

EDIT:
i fixed it, i changed the resolution of the image and now it works!
