How to create an app shortcut?

I would like to create an app-entry in the "Customize Start Menu" page.

1 shows an app-link, created by the nvidia driver setup

2 shows the same link, configured in the settings dialog

The problem is if I just link the exe file (burried somewhere in the app cache) I don't have the right to access it:

I you don't have an nvidia driver app to test it out, just try to create an shortcut to the windows calculator app, with an working app icon.

I found the solution, I've just linked the lnk-file for the start-menu itself.
