Yes I do have a lot of customization software installed, but I have the same software installed on another Windows 10 computer and this does not happen to that one. |

It crashed in MS code, there is no 3rd party DLL visible on stack, so hard to tell what caused the crash :( I'd recommend to disable 3rd party loaded in Explorer one by one to see what will help:

Ok I ran Windhawk to remove each mod and then uninstalled Windhawk using Revo Uninstaller (RU) then rebooted. It still happened. I used OldNewExplorer to Uninstall itself as it didn't show up in RU, rebooted, still happened. I uninstalled Dropbox using RU, rebooted, still happened. I uninstalled Direct Folders using RU, rebooted, still happened. When uninstalling using RU, I had it scan and delete all registry entries and all files left over. It's still happening. Thanks, |

On my Windows 10 22H2 laptop, Open Shell frequently disappears to be replaced by the Windows Start Icon (which does nothing when clicked on) so I'm dead in the water. Eventually (usually 1-2 minutes) Open Shell reappears and I can work fine.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Open Shell to no effect.
BTW Open Shell is 4.4.195
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
