Black screen after deletion

Describe the bug

I have a problem. As soon as i clicked on "cancel deletion" because my screen went black except for that window that showed me the deletion of it, and now idk what to do, the screen is completely black, i tried everything that could fix it, I'm done. Help!

To reproduce

1. Install the OpenShell
2. Click on "uninstall" or "cancel installation" or smth like that
3. Done, it should pop up with void

Expected behavior

it'll delete itself from my computer and that's it! Very clever from the creator to put "we are not responsible for damaging the computer with our program" in the agreement license...

I assume the installer just didn't restart Explorer.
You can press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to start Task Manager and then from in you can start explorer.exe (there is Run new Task button).
