Pinned Programs on bottom of Open Shell Menu (rather than top)

Hi,

On my previous desktop, I had the pinned programs on the bottom of the Open Shell menu, rather than the top. I really liked the position of this, and on my new computer, I can't seem to figure out how to move the pinned programs to the bottom as I did previously. The attached screenshot should hopefully visualize what I'd like to do.
