Classic Explorer Bar+Win11

Describe the bug

Open-Shell doesn't remember if I right click on Classic Explorer Bar in Windows 11, and then close file explorer it will appear again, whiich is annoying, it works great on Windows 10 but not in 11 latest build!

Area of issue

Windows Explorer

To reproduce

1. Open File Exploerer
2. Right-click on Classic Explorer Bar ribbon
3. Uncheck Classic Explorer Bar
4. Close exploerer and relaunch, It will be back

Expected behavior

Doesn't remember settings related to Classic Explorer Bar!
