The Language Description Document describes the generic language of OpenC2 but not how each actuator should specifically apply that language
POTENTIAL SOLUTION
Actuator Profiles should be produced to describe actions, targets, and modifiers necessary to command and control that actuator. The current draft SDN Profile should be used as a model. Authors should think about a minimum set as well as an expanded set of functionality. Focused development on actuator profiles should also help to provide further updates to the Language Description Document.
