Update term labels to remove abbreviations #2234

Description

Description of the issue

(From oeo-dev meeting 120)
The ENERO Foundry principle on naming conventions recommends that abbreviations not be used for a primary label, but only as alternative terms. At the April 2026 dev meeting in Berlin, we found some existing terms in the OEO that use abbreviations in the primary labels, which doesn't align with the ENERO recomendation.

Ideas of solution

OEO_00000348

  • change label to "photovoltaic panel"
  • add alternative term "PV panel"
  • change definition to begin "A photovoltaic panel is a ..."

OEO_00280011

  • change label to "passivated emitter rear contact panel"
  • add alternative term "PERC panel"
  • change definition to one of the following options:
    • "A passivated emitter rear contact panel is a photovoltaic panel constructed with passivated emitter rear contact cells."
    • "A passivated emitter rear contact (PERC) panel is a photovoltaic panel constructed with PERC cells."

Workflow checklist

  • I discussed the issue with someone else than me before working on a solution
  • I already read the latest version of the workflow for this repository
  • The goal of this ontology is clear to me

I am aware that

  • every entry in the ontology should have a definition
  • classes should arise from concepts rather than from words
