Make [transport performance value](https://openenergyplatform.org/ontology/oeo/OEO_00320000) subclass of "energy service demand value"

Description of the issue

Transport performance value currently sits directly under quantity value. In LESO I have data that often subsumes these kind of values (TKM/PKM/FKM) as "energy service values", a subcategory under which for example also heated building areas would fall as this is a major driver of energy consumption.

To make things more consistent id like to implement this new"energy service value category and then make "transport performacne value" a subclass of it.

The other option would be to remove this as well as the transport performance units entirely from OEO and put them into LESO in which i already added a "heated building area quantity value".
