feign-kotlin: dismiss404 doesn't work in CoroutineFeign

Hi!
CoroutineBuilder does not set dismiss404 property so it is initialized with false when AsyncFeign is being created. Is this intended?

More than likely just an oversight. Feel free to submit a PR to correct it.

In BaseBuilder class, there is no method to set dismiss404 field from method parameter.

It can be customized with CoroutineBuilder with extended method dismiss404().

I think this is intended but.. is it need to set dismiss404 variable in builder??

If needed then, can i correct it?
