Hello,
I see that you are using RedPitaya in medical applications. I have done my master's thesis on using RedPitaya for Magnetic induction tomography and I might be able to add that code to your repository. It will need some work as I was using the RedPitaya ecosystem. What do you think?

Most of my work turned out to be enabling openamp on RedPitaya and it has several potentials. One core can run FreeRTOS and one core can run Linux.

Hi Waqar,
Any help would be appreciated! Our focus is on magnetic resonance imaging. Unfortunately, we are not well organized at the moment (as you can tell by the lack of issues and a plan for the next steps). I assigned @twitzelbos because he might have a better idea of direction.
How do you think your work will help with our magnetic resonance imaging projects?

Not sure how much cpu intensive your application is but if its not too much then we can decouple the two cores in the A9 cpu and run FreeRTOS on one core and Linux on second one. In our case, we plan to use the FreeRTOS for controlling the device, reading data etc and the Linux system for high level functions like displaying the data on a web server etc. Have a look at openamp project as well.
