Pass inferred strand information to telescope #2

At the current, moment we are not passing strand information to telescope. This could cause problems if there is a highly expressed gene on the opposite strand and if the ERV overlaps with an exon of said feature. Lets pass the strand information from RSeQC to telescope via the --stranded_mode option.
