🧹 Task: Remove Issue Management and Auto-Assign Workflows

Clean up unused workflows related to issue management and automatic assignment of contributors.

🗑️ Steps:

1. Delete the following workflow files from .github/workflows/:
   • issue-management.yml (or similar)
   • auto-assign.yml (or similar)
2. Ensure no jobs reference these workflows.
3. Commit the removal with a clear message:
