Describe the bug
In multiplayer game modes, if you are not the host then your hud will jitter.

This seems to be introduced by 136bf5e

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start multiplayer game with client 1
  2. Join multiplayer game with client 2
  3. Observe strange hud movement on client 2

Expected behavior
This doesn't occur in vanilla multiplayer, so it is a regression. Hud shouldn't jitter regardless if you're hosting or not.
