Sentence splitter struggles with newlines #19

One solution is to replace newlines in each document with a single whitespace character before sentence splitting, e.g.,

import re

# Iterate through logical text segments
# Strip newlines before segmenting
for segment in segmenter.segment(re.sub(r'\s+', ' ', text)):

Instead of:

for segment in segmenter.segment(text):
