Sending request to Tomcat

Hello. We have just our production certificate from Peppol.
We are hosting the Oxalis with a Tomcat server, and we followed the instalation guidline.
I have tested the AP manually with CMD, and the invocie is transmitted successfully with AS4.

I have issues for building my request for the Tomcat server. Is there some manuals about that. Should I wrap it in some kind of SOAP envelope, how to provide the certificate info. I am trying to make a test via Postman but no success stilll.
We are getting PEPPOL: "NOT_SERVICED"

The success xml that we transmitted was:

If I send it as it is i get:

Interceptor for has thrown exception, unwinding now
org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault: "http://www.unece.org/cefact/namespaces/StandardBusinessDocumentHeader", the namespace on the "StandardBusinessDocument" element, is not a valid SOAP version.

    so thats why i started to thnik that i have to wrap the xml in an envelope... but i do not know how exactly to build it with all headers...
