配置文件损坏时未正确重置

描述 / Description

启动器启动瞬间既崩溃，我试图更换exe所在文件夹，重启电脑，重置PCL的一些设置，都无效。
无法到达UI界面，所以我只能把一个最新的（我试图重置了PCL一些设置（对我把那个叫PCL的文件夹删了））log给你们。
