cuda 12.8 (using modules for 12.6 as they are the latest available right now) python 3.11 and everything else as per readme got the same issue as mentioned [here](https://github.com/CUT3R/CUT3R/issues/7) and the proposed fix works well. Perhaps it could be incorporated into the source code?
