Trapping checks do not work if invasion did not reach outlet #1119
Description
If an invasion stops before reaching the outlet, and outlets are given (i.e. find trapping is enabled) then the entire invasion will be considered trapped and removed. Not sure if this is a bug, since technically the invasion did not reach the outlets, but at least a warning should be issued? This is true for both queue and label based trapping checks btw.
