我通过安装了ppgan，python3 -m pip install --upgrade ppgan
但是安装完成以后发现并不能安装成功ffmpeg

直接复制EXE放在某个目录下调用就是了噻，不用安装。安装也有这个说法，但安装可能出问题。没必要。

exe在哪里复制 呀，还是就是某个目录，您能稍微讲详细一点嘛。谢谢

您好，请问问题还是否需要解决，目前相关图像生成能力集成在PaddleMIX中，https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/PaddleMIX/tree/develop 可以在这个repo下提出您的需求
