Provide Helm charts for the ServiceControl

Since we released ServiceControl in Linux containers we have had a few requests for Helm charts.

Helm charts conceptually are easy, but would need to account for the array of use cases that they would make easier. This is more difficult. At this time we are not sure we have enough of those use cases to successfully create a helm chart that isn't so simple it doesn't require one. Our typical use case is one of each type of ServiceControl instance, the RavenDB containers they need, and ServicePulse. We currently have a Kubernetes example for that.

We are requesting those that would like to see Helm charts help provide us with additional information. What configurable options do you need in those charts? What is your deployment scenario? Any additional information or context would be helpful for us to understand what the Helm chart would need to do.
