Retry confirmations transport address is not set properly for messages that are edited before the retry

Describe the bug

Messages that are edited before try are not confirmed when processed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a failed message
2. Click "Edit&Retry"
3. Click "Retry"
4. The message processing confirmation (Processed label) is never shown for that messages

Root cause and solution

The ServiceControl.TargetEndpointAddress header value is always an empty string. Instead, the logic should use the error queue address.
