Notes from today's discussion with @rushirajnenuji and @mbjones:

  • The layer identifier in the document should be readable and unique within one WMTSCapapbilities.xml document.
    We could potentially use Attribute names in that dataset. Details TBD

  • The <Title> value should come from the EML object.
