Error reading Bluetooth

Running the most current version.
Was running fine, stopped after some upgrade

Most likely an issue with newer systems / Libraries.

I tested to install it on trixie where the setcap command must be adapted to python3.13. But no success :-(

100, no network error.

Th eproblem is, that the plugin is based on old blescan,...

As I am not an expert here, we need to have a volounteer who is completely rewriting it based on blaek or other newer python bluetooth libraries.
