Safe and Mine could use an Aries cloud agent to communicate with a finder over DIDComm

Detecting the presence of the io.picolabs.manifold_cloud_agent app in the same Thing pico, offer the owner to invite the finder to make an Aries DIDComm connection with this Thing. This would modify the Safe & Mine React component.

Then, in the message displayed to the finder, present somehow the invitation URL, so that a conversation can begin. This would connect the Thing's Aries agent to a wallet/agent on the finders smartphone.

Notify the owner when a finder has made such a connection.
