Probably don't want/need all of these, but would be nice to include some of the more common ones, as well as generally including more QP/QI examples since we currently only have w7x.
We should probably check with the original authors to make sure they're ok with their work being included. It could be either just as bare equilbria, or perhaps as "reproducing optimizations" like we have for precise QA/QH
