HDR Brightness nits for SDR Content

Is that possible? With trollstore and A/B + of course tweaks it would be CRAZY! for SDR to HDR Brightness gap devices. etc: ip12/13/14s especially of course iphone 12 with 625max nits Brightness for SDR Content. Why am i asking for this you might ask;
in this video at 3:36 mark, they swap the 12s screen with 12 pros and Brightness of the 12s screen INCREASES To 800nits
So in this case clearly Apple is shady and limiting the 12s screen to 625 nits to give 12 pro an advantage for obvious reasons.
