The program is great, but it has not received any updates since 2021. It lacks many features, such as placing applications into categories or organizing them automatically. Also, the program disappears when you launch a program. But honestly, it is better than PortableApps because it is very fast in loading the list of applications.

Thanks for the feedback. The launcher was originally designed as a kind of start menu, so the window closes automatically when a program launches. I did plan to expand its functionality and, about a year ago, made many core improvements. You can even see some of that in the preview images. But life got in the way, and I didn’t have the time to fully finalize it, which is why this version was never released to end users.

Open-source work can be very thankless. A small donation is appreciated, but it barely finances even a fraction of the effort. Eventually, you ask yourself why you’re doing it at all. For me, it works the way I want, and my expectations for Windows aren’t high anymore since I mostly use Linux now. Windows gets less interesting with every major update.

That said, supporting Linux was a major goal—I wanted native versions of the portalizer of portable apps. I had ambitions, but these projects take time, and time is money. Add having a child into the mix, and your priorities have to be clear—they aren’t in endlessly working for free without anyone even saying thank you. Unfortunately, that’s the bitter truth.
