As a content editor, I want the collection name to come first before collection abbreviation when I go to add a collection (to facilitate data entry)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It doesn't make sense to have collection abbreviation come before the collection name.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please switch the order of collection name and collection abbreviation. Collection abbreviation should come first.
