Currently configured to run on every push.

Workflows have conditionals and there's a json property action; could we test if an iteration is defined with no points & velocity aggregated?

Looks like there is an existing syntax to run when there are changes made to the specific files (e.g., iteration definition):

on:
  push:
    paths:
    - '**.js'
