Actually, there is no description how this extension can be added on a dockerized mediawiki-installation. Just downloading the extension does not work, as dependencies like jeroen/file-fetcher are missing.

Is there any "complete" package including all requirements?

There's no complete package like that. In your dockerized setup you need to include "professional-wiki/external-content" in your composer.local.json file. This not unique to this extension. Refer to the MediaWiki documentation: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Composer/For_extensions#User_manual

Quick code example if you struggle with the Containerfile syntax. Let's say you have your wiki installed in /var/www/html/wiki

This will install the plugin with every dependencie inside your container as it would an any other machine.
